This 11-turn course covering 2.2 miles is one of the most recognizable stretches of asphalt in the world! Laguna Seca means "dry dragon" in Spanish. The track got its name from the fact that the area where it sits today was one a dry lake bed! In fact, the ponds that you'll see around the track during your upcoming visit were actually artificially added after its construction.
